Service Advisor Recommendations -- BMW of Mobile/Peake BMW?

Looking to get break in service done in the Southeast area... Anyone have any raving reviews for Pensacola, Mobile, or NOLA?

The service advisor in Mobile didn't seem to know what break-in service was. Also, their service has all ready been a disappointment wasting my time when they couldn't service due to a warranty issue I have to call BMW NA about.
