2016 M3 BSM 1.5k miles, 15k per year lease - $764.07 + tax PLUS $3,000 cash incentive
*** VEHICLE IS SOLD!! THANK YOU FOR THE INTEREST!! *** *** VEHICLE IS SOLD!! THANK YOU FOR THE INTEREST!! *** *** VEHICLE IS SOLD!! THANK YOU FOR THE INTEREST!! *** My loss is your gain; I leased this beautiful loaded BSM '16 M3 in July of 2016 with $10,000.00 cash down and have since added tasteful goodies [but no mods], but circumstances demand I get out from under the payment [in this case, a major job change that resulted in an income loss]. The M3 has only 1500 miles on it, has had it's first service at BMW and has already received its new rear differential care of the recall taken care of. This lease is a 15k mile per year lease, with a grand total of 45,025 miles allowed, and I have barely put any miles on it. The lease takeover amount with no money down on your part is $764.07 per month + sales tax in your area, and there are 31 months left on the lease. In addition to taking over the lease, I will give you $3,000 in cash to do with whatever you want - this is enough to buy a full set of snow tires + wheels and to pay the first months lease with money left over. The purchase / buy-out price of the vehicle today is $66,635 and the residual on the lease is $48,670.65. The MSRP price of the vehicle was $77,255 and comes equipped with:
In addition to the options on the M3, I have also bought Weather Tech mats for front, rear and trunk space, a very nice M3 license plate frame, a BMW (OEM) front windshield sunshade and a cool metal ///M key-chain fob I will provide to the individual taking over the lease. It is worth noting that I scuffed the front drivers-side when on the top part of the rim. It's not a big deal and only really noticeable if you're studying the wheels closely (as the face / shiny part of the wheel was not affected), but with the $3k cash I'm providing you could easily replace this and have thousands left over for whatever you want. Please let me know if you have any additional questions; below are some pictures of the M3 and the window sticker. Last edited by AvatarOfWar; 12-05-2016 at 07:04 PM.. Reason: Vehicle Sold |

definitely a generous offer and deal with the 3k incentive, but your payment does seem sort of high with 10k down. how much off MSRP did you get?
did you try just selling outright to carmax or a local BMW Dealer? might be your best bet! |

I'm not sure what you're talking about; I have no PM's from "Golf Pro" and I have responded to every single PM I've received, always in less than 24 hours. That said, the vehicle is sold - thank you for the interest.
