Car Quieter w/ JB4?
Hey Guys,
I want to preface this by saying this all might just be in my head, but I really feel that my car got a lot quieter once I updated the firmware of my JB4. One thing that could also be the cause is that I also reattached my electronic valve control at the same time. I turned on and off the active sound to see if that was causing it, but I don't believe that is it. I also have the default wastegate position set to 0, so I don't think it is that. The only engine mods I have are intake and the JB4; everything else is stock. Any suggestions on why it might sound a lot quieter with the firmware update compared to the original firmware installed? Here are my firmware settings before the update: Interface ver: 3/1/16. firmware ver: 4/0//5 I updated to the new JB4_M3_OBDII_1_6.hex file. As I mentioned, it might be all in my head, but I really feel that the car is a lot quieter than it used to be. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks! Last edited by hexone; 12-14-2016 at 08:45 AM.. |

BMS support is killer. I'm sure Terry will get back to you in a heatbeat.

As mentioned above contact BMS, that being said i highly doubt JB4 has anything to do with the car being quieter
