Aparently this stuff really works, why don't you test it out and report?

According to their mixing chart, mixing two bottles to about half a tank of gas should put you around 105 octane.

I don't believe in these octane boosters much but you should try it out and see. Not like you're going broke over it if it doesn't work.

I tried boostane as I live in California where we can only get 91. I noticed the car felt sluggish during the summer (100+ temps). Used both 100 octane from the pump, and tried boostane. Both seemed to work equally well. Boostane turned my exhaust orange. Wasn't too hard to clean off, but since I have local access to 100 at the pump, I'm just going that route. It didn't take long for the orange residue to build up. Like a few days of regular workday driving.

We've tested it out on our dyno and it works pretty well. I was surprised at some of the results that we have seen, they were much better than I had expected them to be.

We are in California too so we are stuck with 91 octane fuel from the pump. All our tests were conducted on this fuel.

On my BMW 750 with a tune I actually tried a bottle of this with an empty tank and it make almost 50 horsepower. This was basically having the car run on octane booster. On a full tank it sees around 5-6 horsepower on the same car which is pretty significant. As you do more runs you start to see the timing curve get much cleaner with the Boostane.

If you live in California, it may be something you would want to try if your car is tuned. If you would like to try it and test it I will offer a discounted dyno run when you purchase a case of Boostane. We have it in stock, it's a great seller for our Mercedes customers.

I thought one of the key things about Boostane compared to other offerings was there propriety formula, which for one doesn't leave any orange residue. Atleast that's what Boostane advertises.

I would say the same default map for 100 octane race fuel, map 7?

I have herd from tuners that Boostane does work but I wonder if that orange residue would cause damage or clog the injectors in the long run? I'm concerned because the direct injection operation is at very high pressures and needs a very fine mist to operate effectively. Has this been tested on cars with DI?

We use a 1/2 bottle for a full tank usually.
