Does installing a piggyback to my ECU void my warranty on my M4?

No, you should do as many mods as possible to your car. BMW encourages them, and considers them to actually benefit the car. So much so, take your car back into the dealer the moment you mod it, specifically the engine, such that you get the extended warranty bonus package that the factory hands out.
