Engine Bay Picture - are there visible mods?
Hey guys, I'm looking at getting a used M3 and would like your expert opinions on whether this car has been modified. Please take a look and let me know if you see anything that has been altered from stock or if you see any red flags in general.
Thanks in advance! |

It's missing parts. The rubber gasket thing behind the engine is supposed to be continued to the fenders. There is also a soft rubber part that covers the shock towers.

Take a look at the screws / bolts, MAF sensor screws for any signs of being removed from screw drivers and such.
If so, then most likely it was modified and put back to stock. Hope this helps. |

The rubber covers over the strut towers are missing. Also it looks to me that the struts are tilted inwards indicating that there are very likey camber plates installed.
