Gas gauge goes to zero with throttle

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can shed some light on this.

If I step on the gas pedal a little enthusiastically, the gas gauge goes to zero, then 1 sec later resets itself and goes back to where it was earlier originally.

This happens in 2nd and 3rd gear in my 2015 m4 pretty consistently now. It just started few days ago. During these occurrences, car does not lose traction, or am I mashing the pedal to the floor. But you do need to gas it more to make the gas gauge flip to zero. If I step on the pedal lightly and acceralete slowly, it doesn't happen.

I will have to get a video when the road conditions improve as it's been snowing quite a bit here.

Do you have any sort of can-flap module or tuning module plugged in?

Yep - it's the option to turn your gas gauge into a boost gauge when you step on it
