Can i drive my car wit the airbag lights ON!!!

Guys, i wonder can i still drive my car wit the airbag lights on??

Course you can! ... But that means your airbags aren't working.

Might want to get that checked out at the dealership.

lol, yeah. Whenever that light is on your airbags will not deploy no matter how bad the accident (and not just the ones causeing the light... none of them will deploy)

Mine is on 100% of the time. Yet the car wont pull ANY codes. I'm sure its a recall thing, as thats what the mechanics that did my safety inspection said.
I just hope they dont rape me up the ass at the dealership since nobody BUT the dealership can tackle that problem it seems. Very frusterating.

^ Thanks. I learned to keep a squeeze bottle of KY in the glove box to minimize the damage.

Apparently according to "Brake check" who did the Out of Province inspection, that car has 7 recalls. The majority of them being in the safety equipment.
Thats for mine, bieng the '04 3.0I SMG. I was leary about buying an '03 since I heard they had numerous problems, I guess that was all for not since I have this plus an occasional gear grinding problem with the SMG.

Thanks if you can shed any light on this. Much appreciated.
