for how clean it is, as well at the Stoptech's, the price isn't far off from what he will get.

Yep, I looked at 2010 and 2011 sedans nationally on AutoTrader and similar sites-- there aren't a ton for sale. As time goes on, it gets harder and harder to find unmolested ones. I think my price is spot-on -- and someone is going to end up with a REALLY nice performance sedan!
