Any reason you're not looking at charge pipes that use the factory flange/clip?
I have no heard of failures with them and I have heard of boots/clamps slipping. |

I have the synapse CP and R35v trident BOV and it's really well made. I've never had any concern with blowing the couplers nor clamps off. The couplers I received are 4-ply reinforced and clamps are stainless t-bolt. I actually meant to purchase the synchronic valve and received this one by mistake, but I couldn't be happier. I have an OEM intake, so I had to play with the orientation of the BOV so that it's vacuum line was unobstructed.
Also, not to contradict Geoff - but my experience with their customer service was great. One more thing to note, the powder coating on the CP is less than perfect as it rounded the lip and was extremely evident on the inside(a wire brush and metal polish took it right off though)

I would use a charge pipe with the factory c-clip and o ring design if you can. If you really want a Synapse, then get a C-clip charge pipe and have a synapse tube welded in place of whatever's there.
