$0 for the fist 4 year or 50K miles (minus what is already on it).
You must know that BMW pays for all maintenace (including oil changes) for their warrenty period.

If the vehicle is still under warrenty then you can purchase the extended warrenty. This will run you well over $1,000 though.
Most people I have read posts from never used the warrenty enough to justify the extended warrenty. From the few people that have actually put 100K on the car already have said it has been very reliable with only the same maintenance you would do on any other vehicle (ie, brakes, oil, spark plugs, etc.)
