Apex EC7 vs. ARC8 for a Space Grey 128i

Trying to decide on new wheels. I'm leaning towards EC7's in Satin Black, but they're on backorder until probably the new year. But EC7's in Anthracite are in stock. I like the wheels, but unsure if it would look weird on a space grey 1er. Also, ARC8's are in stock in both black and anthracite. Already have wheels with a similar 8-spoke look in black, but the offset is wrong. Any opinions or pictures of anyone with these wheels would be great.

These are the same wheels on my car now. Beyern Spartan 18x8.5 et40

Just me maybe but I'd do Arc-8.

ARC8's are nice, since I already have wheels visually similar. Just thought EC7's would be cool, change up the look. Also, found some pictures to contrast the black vs anthracite. These are ARC8's but they'd be the same colors with the EC7's as well.

I'd go for black personally.

The anthracite is just too much grey IMO

The decision has been made. ARC-8's it is. Thanks for the input. But I'm having the hardest time deciding between black and anthracite.

Black - Looks awesome, matches the car really well.

Anthracite - Looks good as well, probably not as cool as black. But it would hide curb rash better and the tires will never be awkwardly lighter black than the wheels.

Get what you think will look best. Don't sacrifice based on a possibility. They'll get dirty and probably get rashed up. Nice thing about black is that it's easier to touch up when they get scratched.

Good point on the tires, I hate when the tires are lighter than the wheels. Just gotta stock up on tire shine!

++ on black. A sharpie pen can be used to touch up small nicks. Quick, easy, cheap.

Good choice. I went with anthracite ARC-8's on white. I like the style of EC-7's better, but for me they need to have decent concave to look good, which I couldn't achieve with our offset. ARC-8's are also lighter.
