Why do my angel eyes have a purple hue?
Hi everyone, new to the forum and was hoping somebody could answear why my angel eyes have a slight purple tinge to them and other m4's look white its a 2015 coupe. cheers

you could be right but i spoke to a guy and he had exactly the same spec m4 but hes lights were white, and then i see another m4 with the same as me, im confused as i kno there is diff light packs but with the cars being the same spec they were diff, confused lol
not complaining as they still look good, tried to upload pics but it is saying file size is to large i think samsung phones have big file sizes compared to a iphone i will try get some uploaded

Yup - xenons have a "blue flash" and warm up when you flip them on - leds are instant on and white.

This is correct. Xenons produce a light that is a different color temperature/wave length vs the LEDs.
All those super exaggerated purple HID light bulbs that were popular for a minute, were trying to emulate the Xenon look when they first came out. |
