Good service shop in Richmond area?

Hey all,

Just took delivery of my 2018 MG M3 and wanted to see if you guys have any recommendations on where to service the car around Richmond?

Thanks in advance and happy holidays!

What do you have in mind? For service you have 2 choices under warranty and they're both Crown BMW. For anything more interesting I've heard good things about Delta V.

Good question. I was just thinking for maintenance under warranty. Any preferences in the area or are they all the same when it comes to servicing? The work should be straightforward but sometimes you never know

Even though they are both owned by Crown, I have been disappointed with my own personal experiences at the West Broad location so I choose to travel further to take it to Midlothian. Matt Underwood has been great to deal with and I have had 0 issues in the year I have owned my car.

Thank you, I feel like I'll try servicing the car at the same dealership as you as I've heard better things in general.

Maybe ill see you around town! I don't see many other F80/F82's in the area. Only one I have run into multiple times is a silver F80 with all M performance carbon fiber parts and MPE in the short pump area.

Yeah would be cool if we could gather a few members and have a meetup once in a while.

I drive a mineral grey comp pack M3. Honk if you see me I'm in the short pump area as well.

THIS exactly same with me
They somewhat sound cocky and lazy for work
So I take my M to midlo and so far so good
