Anybody available to help me install my winter wheels

Anybody in the rockville md area that can help me install my winter set up, since I moved into an apartment I don't have all my tools , torque bar and Jack with me, not to mention a garage lol.

it's not expensive, take it to a shop. i think $39 bucks or so

it's not that, by the time I get out of work most shops are closed . that's why I want to do it myself or with help.

yeah, found a shop that was open when I was off from work, 13 dollars a wheel, can't beat that
