Now, I do have BMS INTAKES but have had them since the car had 1200 miles and never had any issues up until last week (car now has 12000 miles).

Now before I flash back to stock or maybe mess with the MAF sensors, anyone else have this issue?

FWIW, I'm not blaming the tune, Its been great so far, I'm just wondering if maybe the no Comd start aggravates the issue if it is in Fact the intakes

Did you mean BPM tune and not BMP?

There are a few threads about intakes causing those issues. One thread had videos of the car stalling right after starting.

People into betting would put all their cash on this being mostly related to your intakes but flash back to stock and see if the issue is still there or not. It takes a couple minutes.

Not sure about warranty.

Not to concerned to be honest.

Overall it's a great intake. Fit like a glove, no issues and looks great.
