Hunt Valley Cruise, then Cars & Coffee

...this Saturday June 30th. We will meet at 715am at the Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee near Marshalls at the top of the parking lot, and roll out about 745am, minimizing some of the Saturday morning traffic, and avoiding some of the midday summer heat. The plan is to end at Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee, about 10am or so.

Here are the planned legs of the trip, which I am not completely familiar with...so if anyone knows these roads we plan to take, and knows that they are either really crappy or maybe even dirt roads, please let me know, so I can adjust the route beforehand.

Route in Mapquest (yes, Mapquest, it actually works): http://mapq.st/2IELSX9

Leg 1: https://goo.gl/maps/cmhL9A3SFDG2 Stopping at the Park Inn. ...this should be back roads off of Falls Rd, heading North

Leg 2: https://goo.gl/maps/NE52y3NS8cu Stopping at the Pretty Boy Dam ...this should be back roads around the Dam

Leg 3: https://goo.gl/maps/qUoQzgbukJ42 Back to Hunt Valley down I83 .....directly down to Hunt Valley Town Center, down I83 South

It's going to be hot as hell Saturday, even in the morning, so I don't know how much stamina I'll have to stand around at Hunt Valley afterwards for the C&C, so expect some of us to move inside for breakfast at the Iron Rooster or Panera.

The Zello walkie talkie app will be the communication of choice, so download the app.

...and FYI, we're joining a day long cruise with the Virginia M crew through the mountains of Central Virginia on July 22nd, for all of you who really like to drive. Stay tuned for more details on that one. And we'll have another short cruise before then, likely on a Sunday out of Annapolis before or after the Annapolis C&C.

Hunt Valley wraps up at 10am due to all the businesses opening. Most of the cars will be gone by 945. http://horsepowering.com/every-saturday-morning/

If you guys want to park together you need to meet up at 730 then cruise afterwards. I suggest meeting at the Outback as the Iron rooster will be busy with fams looking to eat and traffic of the other cars coming into the event. Or meet elsewhere. You guys will be the only cars going away from the event lol

Unfortunately, it's going to be too hot to cruise afterwards, so we're meeting up early...leaving at 730am, and then we'll just be a part of the "departing C&C crowd" when we return back. And there's always those that linger. I've seen people hanging out until 11 and 1130 at Hunt Valley, though less chance of that this Saturday with temperatures climbing fast throughout the morning. And when we return, some of us then can get breakfast at The Rooster or Panera.

We can meet in another area of the parking lot though, at the top of the lot near Marshall's.

You coming?
