Baltimore VO Coding Help Needed

[Who's on first]

If anyone is available this weekend in or around Baltimore, and is willing to show me in person how to decode for VLD & AGHB, I am more than willing to pay you whatever you'd like (with in reason).

I keep getting an error (Unexecutable).

I need to learn this for myself.

Any help is appreciated.
