Spotted: 2 M4 GTS this morning at BMW Midlothian, CS for sale

Went in for a routine warranty oil service this morning for mine and there were not 1, but 2 customer M4 GTS in for service. One had the acid orange 666s and the other had black factory wheels, presumably 763s. Before yesterday I hadn't seen a single GTS in this area until I passed one going the opposite way on Otterdale Rd which I believe was the latter of these two. Very cool! Do they belong to anyone here?

Additionally there is a frozen blue M3 CS for sale on the showroom floor listed for $106k and still unclaimed. It's definitely tempting to trade up and get that lovely interior but that price tag is silly and I won't be the one to do it!
