Having problems with Connect drive

I set it all up with the app but my car thinks it’s in London how do I change that

That website error is normal. It says that for my car also. That's becasue you are trying to use bmw.com instead of bmwusa.com. When you go to https://connecteddrive.bmwusa.com/cd...utomaticUpdate what map region does it show selected?
