New member intro SF

Hey guys, recently sold my 997.2 c2s (miss it dearly but this will hold me over!) and got a 2018 6spd zcp F80 M. As name suggests I live in SF.

Looking to make new friends and driving buddies. Happy motoring!

Apparently there are regular CCA meets in SF but I have not been yet...

Congrats! Me and my friend both of us have M3s and we are in South Bay. Happy to setup something like coffee followed by a drive. Anyone from San Jose or Fremont area interested?

I usually announce BMWCCA meets on there also if it happens since they hold the meet at the same location.

I have not updated for a next meet lately as Life calls and been busy... but I intend to set one up soon!

I went to the SF C&C meet that was held in September. Decent turnout of cars and people.

I'm around the Palo Alto area and am down for a cruise.

Maybe up to Alice's in Woodside and cruise in the mountains there (plenty of car and moto enthusiasts there on the weekends)? Or through the mountains to Santa Cruz?

Great idea, suggest we hit the road early, like 5:30 AM early to avoid cyclists / other car enthusiasts. Narrow roads can get busy fast.

I'm down.

5:30 may be a bit early as it will still be dark (no street lighting), and the roads up there will be damp/wet in areas.

But I do agree that it should be early enough to avoid vehicular and cyclist traffic.

Anyone of you here knows or is 1simpleF80? he/she reached out to me via instagram and also wanting to do a drive this saturday around SJ/Fremont area I'm sirrealbuilds on there.

I should tell him/her to just join this groups' drive.
