Speaker upgrades

As I'm guessing many of you figured out, the audio in the M4 is not great! What upgrades have ya'll done? How are the kits where you get speakers that replace all of the factory ones, and pop right in? Any good sub options out there?

Google bavsound. They have plug and play packages for all the speakers and amp.
