I-Level Updates in SF Bay Area

Hello,

I’m looking to update my headunit from NBTevo_L to NBTevo_N or NBTevo_O. From what I’m told this requires an i-STEP update on my headunit and any other dependencies.

Is anyone here well versed with coding/programming and successfully performing these sorts of updates?

I’m in SF but can travel anywhere around the Bay Area. Or if anyone knows a friendly SA at a local BMW dealership that can carry this out, I would also entertain that route.
