Navigation and Music does not fade in and out anymore

Hello - Originally when I had the radio playing, the voice navigation would fade out the music when giving directions. Now they both play same volume simultaneously. How do I get it back to the original setting where the music fades out when navigation voice gives a direction command? Thank you all.
