AWE non-res switchpath install and thoughts

Hello guys,

I wanted to share some thoughts on this exhaust system for those with intentions of installing the switchpath non res.

the package came the next day, it was shipped from PA.
It was nicely packed and well protected.

I was extremely nervous as I was installing it. I am lucky to have a friend that owns a shop. For those that installed this system jacked up, I give you props. it's an easy installation but can be challenging without a lift.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the exhaust. Props to AWE for the amazing quality.

Fitment is perfect! Adjustable and precise.

Initial start I was nervous. I was not sure what to expect. I have driven extremely loud vehicles in the past and I did not want it to be that loud.

With the valves closed it is actually quiet. The stock was louder. Once I opened the valves it gave me chills. It is aggressive and made me smile.

To tell you the truth, I was expecting it to be a little louder. The rumble goes away when you rev it to higher rpms. I thought I would also get some pops, but just a little burble when you let off the gas.

I was actually debating getting high flow cars or leave it as is.

As far as tuning this vehicle, I am concerned about sch and dont want to take any risks at this time. this vehicle only has 1500miles so I will try to enjoy it for a while.

For those that read this entire post, thank you.

I am just giving my honest opinion and hope it can be helpful for some.

I have watched over 300 vids on YouTube with this exhaust but not many with stock downpipes

it does get raspy as soon as you hit 5k rpm,MPE is much much deeper, however i think its the perfect exhaust, not too loud, just the right grumble and is loud at WOT,you do get some pops once you let off the gas under load, primarily in 4th gear. but for the price, i think its the best out there... i got mine used.
