BM3 accel pedal vs throttle angle

Completed some logging just now to have a poke around and familiarize myself with it.

http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5cb40508c090c6268e7c87e3

Have a couple of questions.

1) If you go to around 2.07 time you'll see a 1->2->3rd gear pull where the accel pedal is 100% but the throttle angle takes some time to reach the same and in 2nd gear doesn't reach 100%. Is the throttle angle the throttle body? and if so is it different to pedal because of the different engine mode, ie efficient, sport, sport + (Run was done in sport) so if I ran in sport+ they would more closely align?

2) What is the difference between ignition cyl 1 and ignition timing cyl 1. Is one from the map (requested timing) and the other actual timing?

3) There is knock detected and misfire count channels, which is best to keep an on how things are going? or should we just be looking at individual cylinder timing?

4) Any other hints and tips you have would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you.
