I'm relocating, so trying to slim down the fleet. This 2018 M3 CS in San Marino Blue is in excellent condition. Only stored inside insulated garage and never driven in winter. No food in the car, no kids, etc. Clear bra and window tint were professionally installed. Cannot tell there is clear bra on the car.

• Total Miles Remaining: 26,552
• Total Months Left: 32 Months

Thanks for the bump. Noticed that as well. Maybe too many folks got seduced by decent lease deals and now second guessing it

I wouldn't say that's the case.... There's been an opportunity to enjoy an amazingly engineered car for a short time and make a little money back on it at the same time due to the amazing deals that some got, which are not available anymore.....

Gotta love the laws of supply and demand!

With all these CS leases available owners are going to have to start offering incentives to move them.

Not for those with super low payments.... For example, any CS in the $700's will for sure command a down payment to take assume the lease.

Barely anybody can get a 2020 base M4 in the $700's

Hats off to anyone that got into a CS lease , drove a few miles, and can actually make a profit. That's gotta be long odds.

Definitely no profit here on my side here, I wish! I ended up paying tax and destination fees as part of down payment, in addition to clear bra and window tint.

No incentives will be needed on any $7xx/$8xx cars with appropriate miles ever.

This is the best of the F8x generation. It’s awesome and special. As far as fun daily drivers go, nothing comes close at those monthlies.

I would not be surprised if this turned into this generation’s 1M.
