Wheel Spacer Lug Nut Question...

Hello all,

I am not too versed on lug nut specs and I am hoping somebody will help as I am sure many of you have used spacers on your cars.

I am adding 12.5mm spacers on the back and need to know appropriate lug nuts to get to suffice for the spacers.

I know I need M14x1.25 but what length? My buddy is telling me M14x1.25x40mm but it seems nobody carries that length and that sounds short? Can someone shine a light on this?
A site to purchase from, preferably OEM lugs if they exist would be awesome!

Thank you in advance!

The Macht Schnell spacer kits already have the correct extended lugs included.

I have Turner spacers and for a 12.5mm they show 40mm. They show them in stock.

I would always buy them as a set, if your pigs are too long they can cause damage

If you’re looking for singles or just bolts, head over to Apex site
https://www.apexraceparts.com/access...eel-locks.html

From there select what size spacer etc and it will tell you what length you need.

I recently added 12mm front and 15mm rear spacers. I also ended up doing wheel stud conversion so I am not using the bolts that came with the spacers. If you need them let me know.

You could also get studs if you like to swap out spacers often like when going from street to track setup.

Great source, thank you!
I have the spacers from my e90 M3 which I had purchased form ECS but couldn't locate the lug nuts.
