New turobos and mods, now black smoke at high RPM WOT

I recently got 2 new turbos installed that were upgraded by turbolabs of America and now when I am trying to do WOT pulls for map 5 to learn or in map 2, I get black smoke around 6k rpm and the car sputters and hesitates. Other than that, the car pulls hard and boosts quickly. Current mods:
Upgraded compressor wheel turbos from turbolabs of america
MMP silicone inlets
ARM outlets
5" intercooler
Charge pipe
3" catless downpipes
berk street exhaust
Single weight flywheel
550I clutch and pressure plate
JB4

I have attached 2 datalogs. One is a 3rd gear pull and the other a 4th gear pull. Something to note, on the datalog pulls 4th gear did not hesitate and blow smoke, but 3rd gear did. From what I can see, and I am new to the datalogging, it looks like I'm losing fuel pressure on the high side. I'm thinking I need to upgrade my fuels system, but would like a second opinion before I drop the money for the upgrade right now. Thanks for the help.

Seems like your using a JB4 for tuning? I hope you also posted for help over on N54 Tech forum.

Im sorry to hear that OP and good luck with your turbo. Hopefully, turbolabs of America takes care of it

Well, first off you need a custom tune since you now have larger twins and Inlets. An OTS flash or stock JB4 isn't appropriate for your car.

Second, what color is the smoke.

Black smoke. The turbos are stock housing, just a bigger compressor wheel and waste gate fix. Not sure if that matters though. I'm wanting to get a tune as well, just want to make sure that the stock fuel setup can handle it at least for now and that I don't have a different issue. The first log hit over 18psi. I'm leaning towards an upgraded hpfp from fuel it.

Currently have something like whats happening to you..
Stock turbo fbo.. active autowerke tune.. weeks later.. car sputters if i wot in any gear past 2nd..
No codes.. new plugs.. no vac leaks as i have negative vac on my p3.. car builds and holds.. just farts between 3500 n 5500.. feels almost like hitting the rev limiter.... while doggin some other car, i did notice at night with headlights fairly close behind me.... either white or black smoke while "farting"... only noticed as the smoke broke up the victims headlights in my rear view!!!
Ive danced around upgrading my hpfp.. but shit i only have 40k... could it not hang with this recent tune???
I have some logs on a thread i started.. would b cool if u look at em and see if maybe we share the same problem..
thanks and sorry i couldnt add hahah
