Soon 09 M3 Owner, with questions.

i just joined this website! I really like that you guys are all about bmw cars.


I had a couple questions for you guys. I'm going to be ordering my new white m3 in 2 months, and i wanted to add some upgrades, once i get the car.

I have an idea on what i want to get, i just dont know the order to get them in. As for now, I want to get it chipped, i want an air filter, (not sure of the manufacturer), i want to get the eisenmann full exhaust system, and some carbon fiber for the front and rear lip. I'm going to be also getting p40 hres, but im not sure what inches. either 19, 0r 20. Im really heavily into speeding on turns, so i guess you guys can give me some advice as to see the size of the wheels.

Any suggestions on first couple steps?

19" HREs are the best compromise for performance and looks...

your first mod should be painted reflectors.

as for the air filter, AFE makes a good one and its sold in the classifieds section of m3post.

as for the front lip and rear diffuser, you have a ton of choices.... vorsetiner makes a good one but its a little pricey... if youre on a budget, you can get one of the many replicas being sold on the vendors section.... there are hamann reps for around $300+ a piece...
