Pre-LCI trunk lid on LCI car

I'm looking to have 2 trunk lids for my LCI e92 M3. One lid will have an active aero wing attached to it for track and the other won't, so I don't have to keep mounting and removing the wing nor worry about trunk cargo hitting the wing's control box in the trunk if I leave the wing on for track season. I'll make a waterproof quick connect electrical plug for the electrical harness and just swap the lids for track days.

I've found a pre-LCI trunk lid with wiring harness but I'm not sure if it will cause electrical issues for my LCI car. This video suggests it is a direct swap but just wanted to check:

Thanks for the help!

Is the trunk harness for pre-LCI e92 M3s the same as LCI models?
