Build a paper 1
The other day I found a rather curious website at bmwusa, it lets you print a series 1, that you can then cut and assemble to put in your desk. I really don't know how many of you have seen it, it may be a repost but I couldn't find anything.
Here I leave you the links for the .pdf 's this one for the desktop model http://content.bmwusa.com/microsite/...es_desktop.pdf and this one for a profile ( real size i think) that you print in 140 sheets ... http://content.bmwusa.com/microsite/...s_lifesize.pdf When I saw them, I thought to myself: "Only those that are addicts would enjoy a thing like this" Have fun! I think BMW's attitude toward this car is very similar to their attitude towards Mini.

omg that is insane... debated printing the 140 sheets for an instant.
I just don't have enough wall space.

I am thinking about doing the driveway model. Since my parking spot is empty right now. Haha, if I put it together before my wife gets home, maybe she will think I got the car.......but i will have to find some stakes to put it up on the grass so she can see it coming down the road.

Nice! Anyone with photoshop skills, who could change the colour on the model to Lemansblue, performance alloys and a litle drop?

I agree with everyone else... Thing took way to long to cut out and fold. Took me like a half hour. Dan |

I spent far more time on that than I'd have liked to.

hahaha same thing happened to me, for some reason I pasted the layout onto a cereal cardboard but it ended up being so hard to cut, and it looks like it went into a ditch or something. Glad you guys liked it Edit: ohh and good job in that blue, it looks even better!! |
