Opinions on an offer I'm about to make?

135i coupe manual transmission
Jet Black paint
Savanna Beige Boston Leather
Gray Poplar wood trim
Sport package
Comfort Acccess

Performance Center Delivery

$37,370 (including all fees, excluding tax, tag, and title)

This amounts to ~$1265 above invoice.

There is a thread on here about getting a great deal on the 1

The person faxed his requirments to all the dealerships in the area with his needed options and waited to see who bit.

I think you should start with $500 over invoice and increase it accordingly until you get a accepted offer.
Since you want PD, you are making the SA do even less work...

All they are getting paid for is setting everything up.

Start low...you can always go up

That looks like 1800 over invoice to me. I think you can do better than that if you are patient.

Here is what I ended up sending. Strangely, I never got a response from her today after emailing back and forth for two days. Guess I move onto another dealership:

Amy,

If you can order the following vehicle at the following price, I will order from you.

135i coupe manual transmission
Jet Black paint
Savanna Beige Boston Leather
Gray Poplar wood trim
Sport package
Comfort Acccess

Performance Center Delivery

$36,970 (including all fees, excluding tax, tag, and title)

It may boil down to whether or not they have any allocations left. I got offers for around 1600-1750 over invoice from both dealers in North Atlanta when I ordered a month ago. I ended up placing my order elsewhere. The ATL dealers will tell you they have to pay a ~$400 marketing fee for their cars that noone else in GA has to pay.
