RE: Help

Alright, after talking to some guys on the bimmerforums I have decided to most likely trade my 128i in for a 135i. I went to the dealership today and there are no 135i sticks near charleston, so I am going to have to wait at least for 60 days or so. So my question is-Should I trade in the 128i auto for the 135i manual in which case I will have to pay 11000 dollars on top of my trade (yeah it sucks and that's with 10% depreciation only on 3700mi) or should I try to get a turbo kit built for the 128?

Thanks for your input. I am leaning 99% towards trading it in, but I just wanted some feedback (BTW the car that I am looking to build is jet black with red interior)

trade the 128 for a 135i, while the 128i is worth the most.

pay me gas money and i'll drive my 135i down for you to test drive

I'd try selling your 128 on craigslist or ebay and forget about the dealership. They will only turn around and sell it for a huge profit.

Good luck with everything.

I second doing a private party sale, it shouldn't be too difficult and will save you a lot of money over a trade-in.

Don't go for a custom turbo kit, unless you spend huge money, it will not run right. Turbocharging none turbo cars tends to suck money wise.
