RE: Help
Alright, after talking to some guys on the bimmerforums I have decided to most likely trade my 128i in for a 135i. I went to the dealership today and there are no 135i sticks near charleston, so I am going to have to wait at least for 60 days or so. So my question is-Should I trade in the 128i auto for the 135i manual in which case I will have to pay 11000 dollars on top of my trade (yeah it sucks and that's with 10% depreciation only on 3700mi) or should I try to get a turbo kit built for the 128?
Thanks for your input. I am leaning 99% towards trading it in, but I just wanted some feedback (BTW the car that I am looking to build is jet black with red interior) |

I'd try selling your 128 on craigslist or ebay and forget about the dealership. They will only turn around and sell it for a huge profit.
Good luck with everything.

I second doing a private party sale, it shouldn't be too difficult and will save you a lot of money over a trade-in.

Don't go for a custom turbo kit, unless you spend huge money, it will not run right. Turbocharging none turbo cars tends to suck money wise.
