Odd thump from left side of my dash...
I am hearing a loud thump that appears to come from the left side inside my dash. I can feel the vibration through my steering wheel as well. It feels and sounds like the car is being hit by a stone at 50 mph - a pretty stout thump that makes you jump. It seems to happen at random times - maybe once every 3 days. It has been hot here in CA, so the A/C has been on usually, although this is definately not compressor noise.
I've been waiting for it to establish a pattern so I can predict it for the dealer, or it would be one of those unreproduceable random complaints. Any ideas? |

I think we see a concentration of the problems because of this forum. So far the problems I've had are minor annoyances that in no way counterbalance the goodness of the car.
