Window Motor(s) for VERT

I have a convertible and I notice during cold weather (-10 of so) my driver side window goes down pretty fast and smooth prior to entering the car. Once am in, I lower the window a little bit and it takes a long time and not as good as when entering the car.

Does anyone know if their is different speeds for the window that the computer handles OR is their 2 motors in a vert to control the window ???

I haven't noticed this but we haven't gotten below +2 yet. I'll try it as we are getting a below zero snap this weekend supposedly.

Okay, it has been really cold by Vancouver standards this past weekend. It was -6 where I was and the windows go up and down very quickly without a problem. With windchill today it should hit -17 so I'll try it again later but so far so good.

Last week I had an ice build up over night and my driver side window didn't go down too much after I open the door.

But when i got in and close the door, the window went up a little but stuck open in an angle. It stayed open until I lowered the window from the inside and back up.

I will take a picture next time.

Still, continue to provide your feedback here for the motor info.
