Using H11-55w bulbs instead of H8-35w?
Has anybody used H11-55w bulbs for the daytime driving lights without any problems?
I have just been sent a set of H11 GP Thunders instead of the H8. I just want to know if it is ok to use, else I will just return it. Last edited by bobbynoway; 06-26-2009 at 06:07 PM.. Reason: spelling mistake |

When you say thread? Thats the metal base right?
Yes they are different. But looking at it, it looks like you can trim away parts of it so that they will fit. The plug connector bit seems to ok. Has somebody tried this yet with no problems? |

I got it from one of the vendors on this site.
They have been good in the past so I wont mention them as yet. It will be a good test to see how well they deal with it. |

i am assuming no help thus far, if you placed the order with this company, your issue would have been resolved already
