I'll be getting it when I pick up my car any day now. Still waiting for it to get through customs before they can throw it on a truck. If you don't have an answer by then I'll be sure to let you know what I think.

Looks like I'll be getting one soon because I've been going to the beach a lot this summer and sand is everywhere. My dealer wants $85.76 for it though. Can anyone recommend a cheaper seller?

Bought mine from United. It was listed at like $56, but that was the wrong price. They gave it to me for that anyway. Not as good as the old E46 flippable mat, but still does the job.

I have it. I think it works great and saves the carpet from taking a beating. You can throw groceries in there and not worry about stuff falling out of the bags. The sides tend to keep everything in place.

Got it & love it. Paid like $40 employee price on it. Don't have to worry about making a mess since it just lifts up & you can wash/rinse with water & just let it dry. Definitely recommend it!

I agree with everyone in saying that mat is very useful. Get it. It fits perfectly.

Might be a good idea. I read another post somewhere were some liquid got spilled in the trunk, it got into the electronics near the battery and REALLY caused damage.

I use a couple large black plastic bags to line the trunk. Liners tend to become "uncleanable" after enough grit and grime gets onto/into them - kind of like rubber floor mats.
Plastic bags can be folded over and pulled out for easy cleaning off, and then thrown away ina useful manner, as a garbage bag, after I choose to change them. |
