Treat it just like you would the paint finish. It is carbon fibre, but it is also clear coated, so the actual finish is the same as paint. Nothing special required.

Thanks for the responses, because since it looked like glass, I didn’t know if I should use Wax or Window cleaner.

CF watermark removal
Hi all, new to the forum.
Can anyone provide me with advice on how to remove watermark stains from the CF roof? Any particular polish that works better than others? Thanks |

Start with the mildest polish first and see if that works. The less abrasive the better to start. check out forum sponsor detailers domain for different polishes. I find that a microfiber polishing pad on my griots orbital and a mild polish work wonders. I use optimum polishes but there are a lot of other good ones on detailers domain.

Treat them just like water spots in clear coats. Here is a brief tutorial from the Meguires site:
http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums...ve-Water-Spots Another similar includes using white vinegar and water bath: http://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/...pots-hand.html |
