BMW Employee Lease Takeover - Z4sDrive30i 6MT

*****SOLD***** Thanks =)

Hi All,

Hope you guys are all doing well.
You know the drill. Here's car number 5.
It's a 2010 Z4 sDrive30i (255HP) with 6 Speed Manual Transmission.
Alpine White on Coral Red Kansas Leather with SunReflective Technology.
FOLDING HARDTOP CONVERTIBLE.
-Premium Package (Comfort Access, Wind Deflector, Kansas Leather, Lights Package, Compass Mirror, Auto Dimming Interior Mirror, Heated Steering Wheel)
-Sport Package (Sport Seats with Electrically Adjustable Width and Thigh Support, Anthracite Headliner, 18" 2-Piece Star Spoke Wheels, Top Speed Maximum)
-Premium Sound Package (Hi-Fi Professional with 16 Speakers, Digital Sound Processor, Sirius Satellite Radio with Balance about 8 Months Subscription Left)
-Park Distance Control (4 Sensors in Front and 4 Sensors in Rear)

Pick it up right in the middle of summer and enjoy top down motoring excellence right until October.

Take advantage of my employee deal and take over this great lease!
Includes full vehicle clean up.

Give me $2000.00 upfront and i will pay for your lease transfer fees.

Payment is only $880.90+Tax/Month ($995.42/Month Taxes Incl.)

There are 32 Months Remaining. I have just paid the payment out of my account on July 12th. Don't pay any payments until August 12th.

This vehicle also includes the Excess Wear and Use Program which will cover upto $7500.00 in damages at lease return. So just enjoy the vehicle and return it worry free!

I just had the rear tires replaced last month due to a nail so you have brand new tires in the rear and the front have tons of tread left on it as i only have 16,500kms on the car.

The reason why i'm switching is always because i do so much mileage. I live in Richmond Hill and work out in Ajax. All the mileage is done on the 404/401. Hardly any city driving.

You have over 20,000kms/Year left on this lease at the current mileage.

For you to have the exact same car with the same mileage allowance on a 36 Month Lease with Excess Wear and Use on it, You would have to put $8939.14 due on delivery to get your payment down to $995.42 taxes included.
(36 Month Lease at 4.9% interest rate with 20,000kms/Year Allowance)

Everytime i post this, i always get challenged with those numbers. I just worked it out on my quote system right now, so trust that it's right, but if you don't believe me then you can try it out on the website.

Call me on my cell 416-818-5387 to arrange to see the car.

First person to get approved gets the deal. I am firm with the upfront money.

Thanks for looking!

Wow, you folks pay so much up in Canada compared to the US. Why is that?? In the US I could buy that car new with almost no money down for that payment amount. Nice car though. Would be exactly the color combo I would want.

It's because Canadians don't complain when we get screwed over by the car companies..

I think MSRP on my car is around $61k before dealer charges.
American lease payments aren't comparable to Canadian ones. M3's are a rare find up north!

i like how some people are like, "why don't you get the 335i coupe instead of the 135i? it's only 5k more!"

uh no, the 335i actually costs 10,400 CAD (~10,000 USD) more than the 135i here -___-

Thanks!

If you're talking about the 1M Coupe, we should have this vehicle in our showrooms by late summer 2011 (This is my educated guess.)
It will launch almost around the same time the new 1 series comes out.
