Double tri-turbo?

I thought that it meant 2 triple blade turbos. Like the blades used to move ships. When I look at pictures of turbos they seems to have lots of blades inside of them.

How I thought this could make sense is when the next gen M3 comes out having a triple blade inside a turbos could move into the engine on one side of the V6. The other turbo could then be used on the other side.

How could a hybrid turbo be incorporated into this?

EDIT!!!! I meant to name it Twin Tri-turbo!
