Trunk lid doesn't hold up in upper position

Hey, long time. .

My trunk lid doesn't hold up anymore in upper position. I rotated the pistons to the outside as described in instruction, but the door keeps coming down to middle position. I asked at the service shop to fix that, but they did nothing.

What do think?! Anyone else?

try changing the hight option on your idrive to minimum then to the max might be a simple software bug that can be overtaken by simple measures

I don't think the trunk lid is the issue.
