Feeler on taking over a lease 2011 M3
Hey everyone I'm thinking about giving up my 2011 E92 M3. It's a lease and my payments are $766.60. I got delivery of my M3 on October 28, 2010. I leased it from Steve Thomas bmw, which is the best place to get a bmw if your thinking of getting a new or used car. I am located near Long Beach in Los Angeles county. I prefer locals only. The only reason I want to get out of my lease early is to order the new 1 series M, otherwise I would keep my M3, which is a beauty. I currently own a E46 M3 as my daily driver, which I love the small size and sportiness feeling, thats why i want to get the 1M, knowing that its similar in size and yet made better. My e92 m3 is kept in the garage and is only my weekend driver as you know I normally drive my e46 m3 to work. I only have put 2,162 up to date miles on the car. The e92 M3 is a 36 month lease with a 10,000 mile per year milage. I believe that the person taking over the lease needs to pay something like $500 to make the transfer, but i need to make sure. It's a 6 speed manuel tranny, it's a alpine white with black interior, with carbon fiber roof top, it has no options as I wanted a true sports car with no navigation or electric seats. I've added carbon fiber front splitter and the front clear bra on all the front to protect it from the rock chips on the streets. It covers the mirrors, headlights, half the hood and fenders, all the front bumper including the front splitters, and a center part in the rear bumper. UPDATE: I gave a refundable security deposit of $6400.00, which BMW returns after the lease is up. But i just check with BMW finance and said they only return the deposit until the end of the lease. Therefore in order to make the transfer i would need to get $6400 from that person and by the end of the term they would get there money back. UPDATED PHOTOS: this is the invoice paper. Pics of both my babies parked in the garage. Front pics of the carbon fiber splitters Pic of the carbon fiber roof top, I also add an M sicker as the le mans series m3. But it could be taken off. Pics of the interior. Last edited by Marioalex24; 01-06-2011 at 10:48 AM.. Reason: UPDATE INFO |
