I am selling my 2008 E92 Alpine White/Black Novillo Extended Leather - Carbon Leather trim, M-DCT, Carbon Fiber roof

FULLY LOADED - Every single option - Tech, Navi, 19" Wheels, Cold Weather, Premium Sound, Ipod/Usb, Satellite Radio, Smartphone, BMW Assist, Rear Parking Sensors, Comfort Access - The works.

Original owner, car was pampered (only handwashed and seats always conditioned - they look perfect), All scheduled service done.

CLEAN CARFAX --- link provided upon request

35k highway miles

15k miles left on warranty or until 6/2012 -- also has wheel and tire insurance

price is 46.5k

stephen , thank you - you are a smart man - that is part of the reason but the main reason is..

I dont want to go in a bidding war between threads its ridiculous... it turns this place into ebay. Who wants to hear "oh this guy has it for this price, and this guy has it for that price"

If someone is interested in the car, they will contact me.

also the thread is being updated with pictures as we had snow in NYC and this is the first chance i had to get the car cleaned and take pics.
