In addition to looking tacky, they probably serve to scoop debris up onto the front fascia that would ordinarily pass below the car.

Or you could try....
Rock chips are unavoidable, but you can lessen the effect. Worst case scenario......have it sanded and clear-coated again. I've had many CF parts repaired that way. |
