Widest wheels/tires

What's the widest wheels and tires we could run a e92 M3? Without any modifications.

The widest I have seen are 20x11.5 with a 315/25.

It's not that simple. You need to look at threads on this forum and the Photos forum to see what people are doing. In addition to wheel widths, offsets, and tire size, tire brand and type are important as the different manufacturer's have different ideas regarding the actual size and profiles of the tires they make. To further complicate matters, it appears that there is some tolerance in the actual clearance that each car has.

Alternatively; Any of the sponsors on this site that sell wheels and tires will help achieve the look and fit that you want based on their experience.

I think Rich.. radz had 315 on his rear(coupe)... he was the widest ive seen..

Martin D is running 315's with an aggressive offset, but iND pulled his fender out a bit to make it fit. looks incredible - best stance on an e9x that I have seen.

It looks like they probably had to trim the rear fender liners like they did on your car.

Let me clarify by saying this is the widest/largest combo I have seen but not necessarily the best fit for the M3.

But Yea the beefy rear set up although not super light def gives the car an awesome rear look, love it.

How much further did he pull out to make it fit? Is that an easy job? I wanna pull mine out a bit to fit 305/35 18 in the back, not sure what should I do. Anyone help?
