Hey I picked my car yesterday at the Welt! It was an amazing experience... So there's been a ton of journals here and I'll post more pics and details when I get back but in the mean time I've been posting my journal to the BMW section in Reddit. Check it out... www.reddit.com/r/bmw.

Thanks for all of your tips so far, Hofbrauhaus was amazing last night (x2 beers was intense). I'm headed to the black forest see you on the other side...

Congratulations and have fun ..... if you can (at some point) please post what route to the ring you took and how you enjoyed it. I am planning a similar "pathway" for my August delivery.

BTW, how many days prior to your ED date did you see your car move to Production status on the website? The wait is killing me....

Mine was 3 weeks, production start May 18, ED June 8th.

Mine production started May 20th and I picked it up June 17th. Long wait, but yeah now back to waiting.

By the way, I saw this AW 1m with CSL stripes at the ring this weekend, it was good looking. Looked lowered too! Is that anyone here?

Work was all about catch-up today. I have a lot of pics and my awesome ring experience for you guys that I'll share when I get home!

G-train, I'm sorry I missed you man I hope you enjoyed your weekend as much as I enjoyed mine. That's crazy you got pulled over!!! I was given a little hell at the border between CH and DE before entering the black forest.
