It would be cool to have and if I found an allocation I would probably get it. I've called a few dealerships but honestly I just don't want to spend much time on trying to track one down.

That would be great. I'll keep you posted. This has been the most frustrating car experience in my life. I called dealers all over the country, put deposits down, then no one would return calls, reply to emails, just an absolute pain in the butt. In the end, it was right under my nose. My dealer was the one that came through, primarily because I am a current customer. They had said no ED but made an exception for me. I did have to pay over MSRP, but they came through in the end. I have been very happy with their service department for several years now so I'm glad it worked out this way in the end.

Are you looking for European Delivery or just picking one up? Right now most are asking 5K over MSRP in California but they might take less. I think down the road they will come down a bit in price.

Let's keep in touch and yes, I would love to drive a Cayman. Defnitely tops on my list if it had a back seat for the kiddies.
