Oregon Raceway Track day M3post members

This past weekend I went to Oregon Raceway Park for an open lapping day, and I bumped into 2 forum members Frenchboy and KM3, here are some pictures I took with my iphone.

It's my first time running CCW in this track, my car has squared setup NT01 with AP brakes and KW clubsports.

I haven't had time to edit and put my videos on youtube yet but here is a cool one from the vantage point of our buddy who drives an Audi R8 V10!

I saw you arriving Sunday morning as I was leaving. I had a great time Sat once I learned the track layout. Great instructor who took me for a ride in his Ariel Atom.

Nice rolling track, but being in a field like that there are few visual clues to help you memorize the track.

It look like they just plopped the track down in a field ( no buildings, etc.)

The track is really nice. It is literally in the middle of fields and there are indeed very few visual cues which is difficult at first. You have to rely on the cones and your knowledge of the track layout.

Well worth it.
