How difficult to install a BMW Performance Exhaust?

I am looking at ordering a BMW Performance Exhaust for my 135i and was wonder how difficult the install is? I understand that it is necessary to cut the stock exhaust. How difficult was this to do? What did you use to cut the pipe? Were the installation instructions very detailed regarding where the cut needs to be, etc?

Not hard. but no instructions. i cut the pipes while the pipes to be cut were still on the car with good results, but ideally to it it right it may be best to drop that section to get accurate measurements. cut it to long and the pipes stick out to far, and rear brackets don't do the job they are supposed to, to short and the pipes get tucked in to far. do some searches here, there is plenty of talk regrading this.

It shouldn't require any cutting that I'm aware of, unless the resonators in the midpipe need to be cut out. I'm not sure if the BMW exhaust for the N55 comes with a new midpipe or not. The muffler portion just bolts right up. Here is a picture underneath my N55.
